first meeting will be held on October

start promptly at

in the Heritage Highlands
Clubhouse Ballroom.
Scheduled
speakers include Bob Herd from the Tucson
Association of Realtors who will tell
you about and answer questions about
the proposed Real Estate Property
Transfer Tax.
We
also look forward to hearing from
Kinney Johnson who will soon be
opening the Dove Mountain Grille in
the shopping center. It will occupy
the space previously used by the
Ritz-Carlton Sales office.

Kahn, DO with Dove Mountain Family
Practice will be on hand to tell us a
bit about his practice and what he
offers to our community.

will update all of us on the
renovations that have taken place at
Heritage Highlands during the winter
months.

Westcor, the developer that will
be building the new shopping center at
Tangerine at I-10, will present a
complete update on the project.

Trico
(our local electric power provider) is
coming out to speak about energy and
particularly about solar. In addition
Solar-Bob will introduce detailed
information about solar energy systems
and his experience with Trico.
April

evening is reserved for the Town of
Marana
.
We expect to hear from our Mayor Ed
Honea; Town Manager Gilbert Davidson;
