In

Therefore, the total round trip includes the elevations
ups and downs. An

(ex. trail junctions, significant
saddles, spring,
detail description of key point to watch for, etc.).
When available, the following information is provide
about the event.

-
The time to hike between points from the trailhead to the
end of the trail. If
you hike back down the same trail, the Time Down column reflects
the appropriate times.
The time includes short rest stops, but not lunch stops.
Time
Down - The
time to hike back down the same trail you hiked up.
Miles

Approximate miles between points.
Accum
-
Approximate accumulated miles between points.
Elevation
-
Approximate elevation at the point indicated.
Gain
or Loss Approximate
elevation gain or loss between points
Totals
