JUNE 27 TOWN OF MARANA CANDIDATE FORUM
A Town of Marana Non-Partisan Election Candidate Forum was held on June 27, 2024. Approximately sixty-five people attended the event that was co-hosted by the League of Women Voters of Greater Tucson and the Dove Mountain Civic Group.
The Highlands at Dove Mountain provided the venue.
All candidates were in attendance and fielded handwritten questions from the audience. Some of the topics the candidates were asked about included growth and development, water, the proposed I-11 corridor, and election integrity. Town of Marana voters will make their choice among these candidates during the Arizona Primary Election this month.
